How do I play the claw machines?

All machines use our play card to activate, which can be bought at the front desk or Self-Service machine. Choose your prize, line up the claw, and go for it!

Are the games kid-friendly?

Yes! We have options for all ages. Some VR experiences may have height/age recommendations for safety.

Do you offer VR games?

Yes—our VR games are immersive experiences where you wear a headset and play interactive adventures. Staff can help you get set up.

Can I bring a group?

Absolutely. Cyber Galaxy is great for groups, celebrations, and team hangouts. For larger groups, we recommend booking a party room.

How much does it cost to play?

Pricing depends on the game. Claw machines and VR games are pay-per-play. Party packages have separate pricing.

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit, Apple Pay, etc

Do you offer refunds?

Typically, game play is non-refundable. If a machine or system issue happens, our staff will help.
